OMR Transfer Film
Out Mold Release (OMR) is an advanced surface decoration technology widely applied to the appearance treatment of workpieces such as glass fiber, aluminum-magnesium alloy, and plastic products. By transferring a pre-printed pattern film onto the outer surface of a material under heat and vacuum conditions, OMR achieves high-quality decorative effects, including intricate patterns, vibrant colors, and various textures and finishes. The process primarily includes steps such as film printing, heating, vacuum lamination, and film peeling, ensuring the pattern bonds tightly with the surface of the material while providing excellent abrasion resistance and durability. Compared to traditional surface coating processes, OMR is more environmentally friendly, reducing exhaust emissions, while also enhancing the precision and design freedom of product appearance. As a result, it is widely used in automotive interiors, consumer electronics, and home appliance casings.
